Studio Pick Up
Our Cape Town studio is available by appointment only. Get in touch to arrange collecting your order directly from us.
South Africa
We ship via Bobgo and various courier partners, with The Courier Guy as our preferred carrier wherever possible.
- Major metros: 1–2 working days
- Outlying areas: 5–8 working days
- Processing time: 48 hours, weekdays only
Rates
- Studio pickup (by appointment): Free
- Western Cape: R90
- Rest of South Africa: R120
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking by email, with updates from the courier from there.
International Shipping
For international orders, we ship via TUNL. Rates are calculated by destination zone. To ask about rates before ordering, email leila@leilaatelier.com.
Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place), which does not include customs clearance fees. The courier will contact you directly on arrival to arrange payment of these.
- Processing time: 48 hours
- Delivery: 10–15 working days, excluding customs delays
- Please double check your address and contact details before ordering. We can't offer refunds for parcels returned to sender due to incorrect information, and re-delivery costs will be at your expense.
Customs & Duties
Any customs or import duties charged by your country are your responsibility, and can't be estimated or prepaid by us. We'd recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering. Leila Atelier can't cover these charges or accept returns due to unpaid duties.
Payment & Liability
Orders are dispatched only once payment has been received in full. While we work with dependable couriers, Leila Atelier is not liable for loss or damage that occurs once an order has left the studio.
