Refund policy

As a small business, we review returns on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to grant or decline a return at our discretion.

Original artworks are not eligible for return or refund.

For Home Textiles + Atelier Products

If you're ever unsure about a piece before buying, get in touch, we're happy to have you visit the studio, or point you to your nearest stockist so you can see and feel it in person first.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, we'll send you return shipping and collection details. Items sent back without prior confirmation won't be accepted. We don't accept international returns.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order on arrival, and contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Custom and commissioned pieces are not eligible for return.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
The simplest way to get what you want is to return your original item, and once that return is approved, place a new order separately.

Refunds
We'll let you know once your return has been received and inspected, and whether it's approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method, less return shipping costs, within 10 business days.
