Please note that as a small business, we reserve the right to review all returns on a case by case basis and to grant or deny any return at your own discretion.
If you are at all unsure about a product, please get in touch with us to either visit us in studio, or to get in touch with our closest stockist to you to get a feel for our products before purchasing.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We have a strict 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as courier collection details. Items sent back to us without first receiving a return confirmation will not be accepted. Please note that no international returns will be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
No custom or commissioned pieces will be elligible for return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, please send us your bank details & email address. You will be refunded your original payment, less a 10% handling fee + return shipping charges within 10 business days. You will then be mailed a statement & proof of payment.
